I would like to help underprivileged youth understand their self-worth and their wealth of talents to have hope and strive for a brighter future.
As a mentor and counselor, I worked with teens to observe and advise them on various issues that they face. Through patient observation
and continuous interaction, I can help teens determine their best talents, set specific goals to build their self-confidence, and practice finding
creative solutions to problems.
Area of service : English speaking / 8 years volunteer experience as youth counselor / Interested in working with
at risk or disadvantaged teens as a counselor/mentor/tutor / Unpaid / Available up to 20 hours per week.
